Anveron does not duplicate or replace the accounting system. We build a layer above it — where fiduciaries lose hours today: manual processes, documents, client communication, reporting.

That is why deep integration with Sage is not an implementation detail. It is the foundation of what we build.

RAG system that unifies legislation, internal regulations, and the history of client communication. Ask a question in plain language (FR / EN / DE) — get an answer with citations to the source.

Agent AI assistant
AI assistant that takes routine work off accountants and finance teams. In chat: finds documents, drafts email replies, handles client communication. Auto-classification of incoming documents to the chart of accounts — one click instead of three minutes per document.

Workflow Processes
Manages everything that needs to happen for each client: onboarding, periodic reviews, contracts, regulatory deadlines. Structured client portal for payroll inputs (hours, absences) — replaces email ping-pong. One workspace instead of scattered spreadsheets and email threads.

Analytics Client dashboard
Dashboard for the end client on their phone or browser — not a report for the accountant. Each client sees only their own scope: cash, P&L, receivables, VAT in real time, drill-down to the journal entry. Finances in the client's pocket, not a monthly PDF.

Compliance KYC, AML, audit
Client onboarding portal — digital intake of passport, UBO declaration, proof of address. Clients keep their own documents current — no chase calls. Sanctions and PEP screening against EU / OFAC / UN lists with daily refresh, risk scoring, scheduled periodic review. Compliance audit trail for ACD and OEC inspections — evidence pack assembled in 30 minutes instead of 3 days.
